Features of the MES-54

The MES-54 is the only machine in the world that can be used as a single 54” machine or easily trans-formed into three separate 20” grinder/polishers using our patent pending “breakaway bowl” technology. Extra handles must be ordered separately.

Electric lift system improves safety and allows quick tool change by one operator. No need to use two or more people to tilt heavy machine backwards beacuse the bowls pivot for easy access, tooling change is accomplished in seconds.

Six user defined variable speed settings. Internal volt meter monitors incoming power levels. Three extra female plugs for your dust containment system.

The MES-54 requires (2) DS1220 industrial vacuums for the dust containment system.

They connect to the vauum carriage on the MES-54 and ride along with the system.
