Ropak Pallets

Ropak’s Reusable Plastic Pallets are designed to replace wooden pallets and take abuse. They have a static load capacity of 30,000 pounds and feature 4-way forklift entry. Pallets are available in two sizes with a 1"lip (40" x 48" and 45" x 48") and three sizes without a lip (32" x 30", 40" x 48" and 45" x 48"). Designed to be integrated with our reusable container system, they stack on top of fully loaded or collapsed ROPAK containers.

Ropak 4456 Pallet

Improve your efficiency in food and beverage handling while lowering your shipping costs with the new, returnable 4456 Pallet. Featuring a rugged, one-piece design, it’s ideal for transporting metal, plastic, and composite cans and bottles from manufacturer to filler.

Engineered for strength and durability, and constructed of High-Density Polyethylene, the 4456 Pallet easily withstands the abuse of multiple return trips. Its design incorporates Smart Deck Technology™ to create a flat, smooth surface that resists deflection and warping. Sloped lip transitions ensure leg and leg strap integrity as well.

The 4456 Pallet’s hygienic, flow-through deck design means that surface openings are perfectly aligned to underside openings. This allows both contaminants and wash water to easily fall through the openings, rather than collect on surfaces, for a bacteria-free, fast-drying pallet. It’s also approved by the FDA as meeting sanitary requirements for packaging handling in food and beverage applications.

RFID ready, the 4456 Pallet offers 14 different areas for custom labeling or logo marks.
